"Content" includes, but is not limited to, the text, visual or audio content that is made available online and users encounter as part of the online usage and experience on the Website.
 

"Service" or "Services" includes 'Professional Brand Styling', 'Wardrobe Edit', 'Healthy Living Audit' and 'Home Organization' consultations and related services provided by Consciously Curated Home. 

In order to use our Website and/or receive our Services, you must meet one of the following requirements:

(i) be at least 18 years of age,

(ii) a minor over the age of 13, with legal parental  or guardian consent,

(iii) or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction,

and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement.

You are not allowed to use this Website and/or receive Services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.
Consciously Curated Home reserves the right to check that all clients meet these necessary requirements and if not, to refrain from providing access to our Website and/or Services.

You may not use the Website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. In addition to the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, you also agree to comply with all local laws that apply to your use of the Website.

You may not use the Website in any manner which could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Website, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Website.

You agree that you are responsible for your own conduct and communications while using the Website and for any consequences of that use.

Consciously Curated Home reserves the right to remove individuals from our community in instances of misconduct.

Please use good taste in any and all content, including text, links, images, and videos, you post ("Your Content") in comments to our blog, on any other page or website related to Consciously Curated Home, or in communication via phone or email with Consciously Curated Home.

However Consciously Curated Home does not make any commitment to update the Website.

• Bypass any measures Consciously Curated Home may use to prevent or restrict access to the Website.

Any other use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this Website is strictly prohibited, unless authorized by Consciously Curated Home in writing. You further agree not to change or delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded from the Website.

We are truly honoured when people want to share our work; however, we only authorize the use of one photo with a direct, clear link back to that corresponding post or page on www.consciouslycuratedhome.com. When sharing, please state the name of this site when referring to the source and make sure that your links and mention of this site clearly state that you are giving us and this site credit for said work and photo. 
 

(e) MARKETING:

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent of Consciously Curated Home. Brands must contact us for permission to use our photos and to inquire about purchasing our photos for marketing purposes. We also do not allow our images to be used under any circumstances for affiliate marketing.  This includes, but is not limited to, websites that share a high/low segment, social media, blog posts, websites and email campaigns. All images are copyright protected and the property of Consciously Curated Home unless otherwise noted.

(f) UNAUTHORIZED USE:

You shall promptly notify Consciously Curated Home in writing upon your discovery of any unauthorized use or infringement of the Website or the Content, or Consciously Curated Home's copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights. Except as expressly provided for herein, any copy or use of any portion of the Website shall constitute an act of copyright infringement and a breach of this Agreement. Furthermore, Consciously Curated Home may in its sole discretion pursue any other available rights or remedies at law or in equity for a violation of this Agreement or such copyright infringement.

You agree to indemnify and hold Brittany Webster harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the Website or any of the Services offered on the Website.
 

You hereby fully and completely hold harmless, indemnify and release Consciously Curated Home and any of its agents, consultants, affiliates, team members, joint venture partners, employees, shareholders, directors, staff, or anyone otherwise affiliated with the business from any and all causes of action, allegations, suits, claims, damages, or demands whatsoever, in law or equity, that may arise in the past, present or future that is in any way related to our Website or Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Consciously Curated Home assumes no liability or responsibility for any

(i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of Content;

(ii) indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages whatsoever (including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, or other intangible losses, personal injury or property damage of any nature whatsoever, loss of privacy), resulting from, or in any way related to, your access to or use of, or inability to use, our Website or Service(s), third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Website, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms; and

Some provinces and territories do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for all types of damages (including the province of Quebec), which means that some of the above limitations may not apply. In these cases, Consciously Curated Home will only be liable for damages that we are expressly required to be liable for under applicable law.
